What vehicles can we book?
Sedans and SUVs for executives, Sprinters and mini-coaches for teams, and motorcoaches for larger groups. We match the vehicle to the passengers, luggage and route — not just the seat count.
How much notice do you need?
A week is comfortable for one-offs; in major cities, standard vehicles can often turn around in 48–72 hours. Standing arrangements are set up once and run on rhythm.
How is pricing quoted?
One confirmed price for each movement, agreed before the day — vehicle, driver and running costs included, so the invoice matches the quote.
Do you work with Brazilian corporate groups?
Yes — 1ncentives is a Brazilian-led DMC in the US (receptivo brasileiro nos EUA). Portuguese-speaking coordination is available for your group's transfers and programs, door to door.
Can you coordinate a private jet arrival?
Yes. Charters are arranged through our charter partners, and we run the ground — car waiting at the FBO, one manifest, one contact.
